Enter the username and password, and then click to display the gemRetailer Portal Home Dashboard page. You must enter the password in the correct case.
If you have entered your login credentials incorrectly, re-enter the credentials and click .
If you exceed the number of login attempts permitted with invalid credentials, the information area below the password indicates you are no longer active and that your password is locked. (See Request a Password Reset for a Forgotten Password.)
If you are logging in for the first time or the password administrator has reset your password, the Change Password page is displayed after logging in. The system requires you to change your password before you can continue. (See the Change Password page.) After successfully changing your password, you are logged in and the Home Dashboard page is displayed.
3. When the information message "If the specified user exists and is active, an e-mail containing a reset link has now been sent" is displayed, click theBackbutton to return to theLog Inpage.
4. Go to the e-mail account associated with your username. When you receive an e-mail from the Pennsylvania Lottery with the subject Password Reset, open the e-mail.
5. Enter a password in the New Password field that meets Pennsylvania Lottery password criteria. Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field and click Change Password. You are logged in to gemRetailer and the Dashboard page is displayed.
